He also may have indirectly called Filipinos as "desperate shitposters". Though this phrase may be addressed to everyone (who are shit posters, of course) but the fact that he singled out Philippines is just a clear form of discrimination and racism. (I am not saying that there are no shitposter from Philippines but there are shitposters from other countries as well.) Be fair, at least.
