Anyone having trouble with the windows wallet? I keep getting "Access denied" when I try to run it



edit: I added the .conf file and rebooted, seems to be working now if I just click the GUI executable. BUT... how long does it take to sync up and generate a wallet address?

another edit... working now. had to restart again. I had to tell avast to stop blocking the files
