Now is 21:50 - 4 hour after payment but i not see any in my wallet. Wallet is synh and all ok but sumary is 00000

Your own screenshots show that your wallet is out of sync. You need to let it get fully synced before receives will show up.

? block? and why i not DL base in 24hour with 20mb internet?i DL monera base in 20 hour 5GB. monero old 3-4 yers and this coin old 30 day...
why is so slowly? and how long DL base after 2-3 years? DL wait 10 YEARS?
EDIT : i calculate now. 10sec for 1 block DL. 18000 BLOCK * 10sec = 50 hour. WTF? for sync coin old 30 day? WTF?
?and this is good coin? i dont think so... this is very bad . to slovly for any. this is not for me.
