Bitwala is crap, why are you using it? It is the same as saying "i'm using Wirex" they both are the same crap,

just created an account in bitwala.com because they say they have segwit but couldnt figure it out how/where they are showing they will take less fees , help needed 
But you forgot something, bitwala is not letting their users change the rate per fees (the satoshis per byte) and that is the reason of why you are never going to be able to modify the fees Quote
