There might be problems now with the connections or transactions but then at the end of the day its still a publicity that will make people know about the existence of bitcoin and hopefully other altcoins. There a great possibility that network will upgrade in the future, or rather use other fast cryptos like litecoin and doge or even deeponion as well.
