I done the exact same thing, the wallet was fine on coinexchange as i transferred from ce to cryptopia and then back again but while the transfer was processing the wallet on ce went down, i have raised a support ticket and they replied saying that once it's online the coins should be there.

I was getting worried though as i was trying to check the tx in blockexplorer but i keep getting an error for both tx's
