I tried to contact poloniex via twitter but there is no reply whatsoever it turns out that many people are also experienced the same things as me and they also never get reply from support!

Updated 12 january : After Make thread on this forum. Support gives answers. they say that it happens because under high network congestion levels. but this issue has not been resolved yet. Lets Wait and See
