There are many low mcap this days.. mostly for the avalanche of tokens with neoscrypt, masternodes and some small privacy imprementations in a few cases...
Two i find good are
Sumokoin. Good privacy with totallly hidden transactions and balances, mobile wallet and good potential in the japanese market. Still young project on development
MyWish. young project with good working product to run smart contracts, ico, and other services without coding.
