Getting on bigger exchanges right now is of little importance. Spreading awareness of the project is the most important thing we can do right now. That's why I would urge everyone to take a minute out of their day each day to comment over on the reddit.

I've been monitoring it pretty closely and at times we have 30-40 visitors at a time. Discord and Bitcointalk are all good but Reddit is what the majority of outsiders looking at a project will go to first.

I made a few posts on reddit and have had 7 people say they bought the coin because of me.

I started the SHIELD (XSH) reddit and dragged people over there to comment and upvote everyday. Since I started the XSH reddit the coin went from a 998k marketcap to a 170 million marketcap. REDDIT IS VERY IMPORTANT.
