I think HitBTC is sick, why are they doing this, instead of them making move to list the real token, they keep manipulating the price, as Boscoin holder will be happy to see the token at that price but it must be a real token not IOU, they should work on real token listing
When HitBTC starts offering trading of real BOS (not IOU) they will be the first that can sell their own BOS in the market. Indeed they can delay the BOS deposits until they want, may be when they have already sold the majority of their coins. Thats why they are interested that the starting price being as high as possible.
