perhaps but for now we have no idea cause it seems there are no positive news about bitcoin nowadays. And they all said that this year is all about altcoin and i agreed on it as i see the valued of ETH nowadays. But dont loss hope mate soon it will recover maybe mid of  this year. If i was you invest on alt while bitcoin is on dip and then covert it when bitcoin rise again.
