I sent ETH from Binance to Yobit's Deposit address at 2018-01-09, and i have double checked address there is no problem and i am checking on etherscan.io and transaction done, also Yobit get ETH to their account,
But on my account not showing any balance, I have opened 3 ticket (1 russian langue, 2 english) they dont answer my tickets,
Could you please help me ? what should i do ?

(but it's now inactive I guess) and reached you but chances are really
low. Tickets mostly answered by less than a week, over a couple a week, over a month and the worst case, it won't be responded. Since we have nothing to do here, try to hunt the Yobit admin at their trollbox. They are active but Im not sure if they will respond to you.
Honestly I don't have a guts making a deposit at Yobit due to their poor handling of concerns even way back when the price of bitcoin is still @ $250+ and their site is not yet congested with request.
I still remember those years when bitcoins price was still low but the support system of yobit until into these days still sucks or become even more worst as of now.Im confused why they are still up and some people still decide to use them after all these years. Regarding on support tickets and resolving issues then I would say it would really takes ages for them to reply on regarding on your query or concern that's why if you did able to get those funds, withdraw it immediately and don't ever look back.
