Is there a guide on how to set up mining on a Windows 10 PC?
I also have Intel I5 will it be worth it to mine this coin in the early days now?

Download miner cpumienr-yescrypt or Koto mienrd for Windwos x64 (by wang wang)
Make start.bat file.
if your CPU is Sandy or Ivy and mining at kpool.
Edit it
minderd_IvySandy.exe -a yescrypt -o stratum+tcp://jp.kpool.jp:3333 -u YOURWADDRESS
and run it.

It's much easier than make with Windows Subsystem for Linux.
