The usual, exchange is being stormed with so much traffic that it needs to close for a while. This will give them time and means to handle all the new request. New exchange, probably small with "newbie" staff, took long awaited coin in to the floor and some mess happened.
Im sure that they will open their doors soon, no need to bang on them. Besides it is not the best time to sell. HODL and you wont regret.
If this coin is about to moon, it will be traded virtually everywhere.
