Scalability is the major issue here, transaction fee and confirmation time should be lower down not just to recover the price again rapidly but also to set new benchmarks in future. Users are much frustrated due to the problems they have faced regarding transactions in the past few months, this need to be resolved immediately.
Moreover what i have observed there is one more thing that can recover the price is community "trust", the distributed investment should be gather again in order to pump the bitcoin again for the next ATH.
