Unfortunately that's true (at the moment), although few had lucks at accelerating very small transaction sizes (1 input and 2 output types) which is around 226 in bytes, unlike your two main transactions that has 34143 (bytes) and 36919 (bytes) which is considered huge in terms of its size.

I really hope that works but leaving the two main transactions with its current state (with out accelerating those using paid services), might end up with those two never receiving any confirmations (unless transaction fees drastically drops) and the network can even end up forgetting these as well.

If you know the person that sent you these transactions, I suggest let these transactions to be dropped by all of the nodes (no exact date) and as result it will be as if none of these were made in the first place (funds will show up in the originated addresses in few days after) but if you don't know then go ahead with your plan and also save a copy of these pages (just in case it goes sideways), so you have some proof:
