When all fud regarding possible ban of bitcoin trading in few countries will be over, bitcoin will start to pump again and it can easily go to over $20k.
Also if there will be active development on implementation of lightening network than price will fly to moon.
I think by end of Q1 of 2018, bitcoin price will be above $25k.
It's enough if the fuds are removed from the news, we can witness another bull market in bitcoin. This would shift the price above $20k actually.
We cannot remove FUDs. They will always keep coming and media have a way of dishing it out to the public. The only thing I am sure will really cause a stir for the bulls right now is if the Lightening Network is deployed which will make the currency aspect of bitcoin to be a reality. That is the only thing right now. News have a way of playing with the minds of traders and investors, either good or bad.
