Forgive my poor English.....

I am already busy for two days to get in contact with an ED rep. No succes so far!
These bastards has a public twitter group where i could not discover any ED representive to answer all complainments from the users. The most given answer  by users is: increase the GAS price.....

Since 5 days i had several failed orders on ED which ate about $100 or more at fees plus i missed buy/sell oppertunities.
I tried several GAS price fees and still no succes.... only thing what is succesfull is my decreasing amount of ETH! AND THIS MAKES ME REALLY PISSED OFF!

So ED bastards....
Why is your echange so fucking slow and from this very user unfriendly?
Why do i need to pay fees for a failed order?
Can you explain why my orders fails so many?
When will ED be user friendly?
Why is it still possible that wrong orders are accepted (for example amount and price switched) and not get blocked by the system or sold/bought for the highest/lowest price in order book like bittrex and other exchanges do?


Does somebody has an email- twitter address where i can contact the bastards with all my questions?
