I am sorry if you were scammed just like people say above. PAC is listed on coinmarketcap and cryptopia is supposed to trade 60% of its volume within the last 24 hours according to their info. If you still can sell the coins, do that immediately not to lose your funds. However, I guess you can't do that now and who knows, maybe these people are not scammers after all, since they've been around for 4 years now and still have no neg trust and even provide updates, like the one below, which can be found in their ANN thread.
