Try it on daily basis. I think there are only limited numbers of new users that Binance allows everyday to control the congestion. Like yesterday, the registration is opened and after only few hours, it was closed again. Same scenario today.

Difference of Binance to other exchanges? It's now on hype so expect that volume here is more bigger than any exchanges. They just have to maintain their good relation to their customers especially in handling support concerns.
