I was not sure where to put this, as I looked for rentberry on the forum and it has no mention, so I will add it here so folks can take a look at it.
For this year, 2018, this is my favorite ICO, that is live at this time :-

The reason I like it is that a group of Venture Capitalists from Oxford looked at a whole bunch of these upcoming ICO's and judged them, and then wrote a rather nice paper on the best, and that is one of them.
Investing in just this one ICO will probably be enough - as long as you HOLD THE COINS for a few years
