X-EIP means X-Encoded Internet Protocol mostly used by internet criminals who don't want to be found by IP, it usually looks like this: X-EIP: [rRpZYj794WdIORd/MseKwfTLwCd6MAYr] instead of an IP number like this: 65.55.90.199
MS masked his real IP!
