That will most likely motivate the troops to come back full time on the project once we secured a few BTC profit.
Why not we employ professional developers and staff? If you think the development process is getting slower, you can always ask the community for funding. I am sure a large number of folks (including me) will come forward and help. To wait for a volunteer developer for months doesn't make any sense.
