and need your opinion, he's aim is 2x or 3x, but safe, he dont want loose money, what do you think about
1. Stratis (smart contracts coming 1q/2q)
2. Neo (china coin never stops)
3. Neblio (just awesome programers work, 2q start promote they product & smart contracts)
Its 3 safe choices for 2x 3x in 6 months, or you have better coins, please share it, give some arguments, thanks team
Not sure about neblio but it may better for your friend to replace that list with those promising icos that already completed the crowdsale. Zilliqa, Qlink, Lalaworld seem to be a better option with low market cap rather than major coin. Or you can try to consider about invest in the selfkey or thekey. Stratis doesn't have a lot of interest right now, neo even better than strat because you are able to staking your coin. But not sure about neblio.
