I do both but realised now (late!) that holding would have brought me much more profits than day trading.
For me i want to do day trading but i am not still great in day trading so right now i want to do holding over than doing the day trading and for me holding our coins or our tokens is we will help us to make aclot of money in the future, let's jsut hold our coin until the value of our coin is we will increase.
