I had 2FA on Poloniex. Couple days ago I changed smartphone, setup 2FA with recovery code but Poloniex does not accept codes anymore :-(. Sent a ticket to support 2 days ago. Just silence no reaction.
Should I consider that I lose deposit?
Polo is not a scam.They just have the shittiest service in the world.It's too soon now to get a reply though.2 days is the minimum wait time I guess.Anyhow your issue seems a bit different .how could you not find the right code sent by then ? What do you mean Polo doesn't accept codes 'anymore' ? If they don't,they wouldn't send you one.
