Bastards wont let me export my coins. Says that my account is under review. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

even if he was not, bitcoins are not money until there sold...there should be no way mtgox is able to freeze peoples BTC balance.
That is exactly what they did. I sent coin there to them. 12 hours later had someone come to by coins for cash and when they got here I couldnt withdraw my F!@#ing bitcoins. Luckily a friend bailed me out and gave me a short term loan.
I have never sent usd to mt gox only btc.
