I am a new account holder. I recently deposited HST to the deposit address as per your instructions, but the tokens have not appeared yet. This was 3 days ago
I raised a support ticket and sent the TX hash in my support ticket (time stamp 12.01.2018 22:31). No response to the ticket yet.
Can you advise where the coins have gone, and when I might be able to trade them? Or just make them visible in my account!
