So, if your transaction gets confirmed this is not my help to be honestly.

I checked again your transaction and due to the referencing inputs it has already dropped from mempool. This transaction can not be accelerated at the moment. Firstly, we need to broadcast it more and more to the network. Once it appears on the network than we can accelerate.  

Time to sleep for me.. I will check tomorrow.

Now it is clear on network and visible at mempool. I will accelerate it in 10 minutes than sleep. I hope it wasn't confusing for you..
