You have to do it manually, at least at this moment. I believe that beta will make it possible to do everything automatically, but I'm not sure.

In alpha version you need to manually lock your tokens to do a forecast and unlock them after the end of forecast. In the beta you will only need to lock the tokens to do a forecast. Unlocking will need only if you want to withdraw your tokens from the platform. (as far as i remember)
I didn't know you have to manually unlock your wings after the forecast ends, how do I go about manually unlocking my wings?
