Pretty much every gambling site on the internet ever made is like this, the bonus is only really available after its been gambled a few times. Some places are ridiculous and some a bit fairer but theres nowhere that allows straight withdrawl of a bonus or it'd be free cash. If that ever existed it didnt continue for long

I bought some lottery ticket with my hourly claimed satoshis but I dont seem to get beyond "50.0000% achieved towards the next +0.00000014 BTC bonus!"
And after each claim it goes down again, so is it even possible to may the bonus without winning higher sums or putting external money in? How does it work, will it stay up or just go down again?
Basically you have to find a game you get lucky on often and play it and actually risk losing in order to qualify for this bonus. Hopefully you come out on top
