Did you try to send KICK token in this month? You can try to send your self or other address 0.001 or 1 KICK token to help the KICK system know you still do not receive your bonus in December. The Dezember bonus also come without a Kick Transaktion, i don't have receiver yet... vor i muast wait?

Is all holders of kick will automatically receives bonus every month? Even if i have only purchased it from exchange? And did not bought it during ico?

As far as i know if you have kick in your wallet (not exchange wallet, any other wallet supports kick) you should get monthly drop out.
