BTCQuick Newbie

I have been struggling to consummate my first Bitcoin purchase via BTCQuick. I have been going around and round with their support-ticket system and emails for the last 7-days.  I am feeling pretty stupid. 

I have a wallet address that I have provided BTCQuick, and I keep asking them WHERE is the private-key that I also need to consumate my purchase and move the bitcoin to my wallet.

Like I said in the first paragraph, I feel stupid, but after 7-days and 6-7 support tickets being closed, I am no closer to resolving my confusion.

Perhaps the mods will move this post to the BTCQuick support thread?

Thanks in advance for any assistance/knowledge/feedback ANYONE can provide.
