Can't answer many of those questions; however, ad space on CoinMarketCap did well for NAGA

As far as what I look for in an ICO..
Good Team w/LinkedIn profiles attached (LinkedIn must mention project name for all teammates).
ICO tied to PRICE per coin, not 1 ETH = 100 Tokens

Well defined roadmap (monthly in the beginning, extending to quarterly and then yearly, if applicable).

A whitepaper that doesn't have 30 pages of just buzzwords would be a nice change as well
