 This is how cryptonote protocol works. It splits your transactions and send amount greater than you are transferring  and extra amount is send back to you to hide your transactions. There are always multi transactions not single for any transaction.
You are using rpc-wallet , Are you pool operator and having any issues in pool payments. Explain your scenario.
              


example  
If I reserved 10 times 5 coin, then I want to send 49 coin to my new wallet address.
I will be 10 out transaction and I pay 10x fee
It is wrong.


i should  be one transaction with 10 in and 2 out
destination address reserved 49 one transaction
I reserved one coin



I don't have any problem on other coin on cryptonote.
It problem your coin.


if If there is a merge of transactions, then in the explorer, it looks like this

If you will not merge transactions. transaction pool will be overloaded.
