How can I set the GWEI price in MEW higher than 99?
And then Ive got an other question: When I participate in a ICO where it starts for example at 12.00. It is very popular and I need to be fast with a high gas price. Is it possible to start the transaction before 12.00 - lets say at 11.55 and the ethers will arrive at 12.01. Will it be successfu or rejected?

I think there is no way to increase GWEI because its limits on the website are fixed. Too many people who accept GWEI to influence so many people who want to use low transaction fees will be delayed.
