Tell them that their funds are secure and stored on the blockchain.
OK look smartass, I was the one who also lost quite a few BTCs on Nicehash and they said they will return it by 31st of January... We can really just wait, right?
And I will be quite unhappy if MPH doesn't fix this, because that would not be good for my wallet...
