I've downloaded ccminer 2.2.4 from here
https://github.com/tpruvot/ccminer/releases and note in the comments about Cuda 9.1 and in the earlier releases, Cuda 9.
I'm unclear - is there any performance improvement in installing Cuda 9.x and then running ccminer?
I'm new to mining and so far have only been running ccminer - I've not installed Cuda. I'm on Windows 10 with 3 * Gigabyte 1070's.
Thanks.
I'm only using this ccminer from 'cpc' :
I added keccak-c to ccminer alexis and compiled a windows binary.
Hashrate improvements are around 20% to the official ccminer.
Feel free to use it:

If you don't trust it, compile it yourself. Code is opensource.
