I have the same problem. I have written my question to the support on 28.12.17 and there is no reply still, but before they replied within a three days. And fees for withdrawing just gone crazy! I usually withdrew with 0% fee on my QIWI wallet, but not the percent is 5-6 and even 9%! It is just a grabbing!
