Legal actions could be taken against Tokugawa dev!

Tokugawa is a coin without any known team members and the coin dev at telegram is "Tokugawa coin" Recently he listed a new launched website http://www.gainercoin.com/ He gave the link me on telegram from dev user (proof: https://gyazo.com/11ebe273827d27e2b0d7334a42cd7669 )

This looks very much as the same structure from TOK website and also the ICO is the same. He also used a lot of material that he don't own from Vyral, I have spoken with Vyral about this and they are going to take legal proceedings against him if he continues to use there material. Be careful with trading this coin and also dont invest in the new ICO! The dev is probably just after your money
