This repo does not look like being under active development ... or developers does not follow programming best practices.

I also asked many times for addresses of all smart contracts deployed on Ethereum that constitutes Fire Lotto. ICO is a kind of contract that is made by investors for some working product - in this case deployed smart contracts.
