It is paid in term of tokens. So it is also exposed to price varies when the tokens reached the open market. I would suggest you do your own due diligence when joining the bounties to make sure that the tokens are worth it.

So the amount of tokens is determined on the price when they hit the Exchange? It can be quite volatile in the beginning hehe Smiley or is it based on ico price?
