Stocks has been fine for me so far. Sometimes its messed up, but the BTC and XSH movement in both directions worked as of early this morning. Clearly Shield needs a new exchange, but the exchanges all sound like they are at capacity right now. Its a good problem for crypto to have. Massive growing pains.
