@Tranz,

Contact Trade Satoshi , they already have 3 markets for Caps you just need them to update the wallet and resync.

Good Luck.

 Cool

Thats also all Cryptopia had to do, instead they ignored the update request from tranz and delisted it

No way I will trust them holding my funds, I'll never shop there again  Smiley

Can't really blame them.  There was a real btc loss during that hack and the offer to them was not btc but cap, which could of been equal but wasn't apples to apples equal.

Only option I see right now is tradesatoshi.

  • How do we get them on the new wallet?
  • How do we update the OP with all the new information?  Exchanges typically want to go to the first post of the ANN, not a post somewhere else buried in the thread.

How did cryptopia loose any btc during the hack?

People in this thread and other users lost bitcoin to the attacker. I bought 2 million caps when the attacker dumped his coins. The btc I paid for those coins was lost to the attacker.

Right, and as an answer for it the coin is being de-listed instead of re-opened.  The real btc loss was by the people exchanging btc for cap that didn't exist.  The exchange makes btc no matter what in exchange fees.

The exchange's problem is the coins that were exchanged don't exist so your balance doesn't match up with the blockchain.  The solution was to have that one block that would make them 100% whole, diluting the coin supply but making it so that it would be allowed to continue.

Cryptopia decided instead to delist.

Do I like their answer?  No.  But it's their decision to make.

We need to move on and work with the exchange that also has cap listed and get them up to date and able to move on and shift our volume to there.
