It is right but it doesn't mean anything about Byteball scalabilty. For now, byteball-core is coded in a clear and simple manner to be robust and easily understood by new devs. When needed, it will be possible to optimize the code base to increase performance in term of TPS. There is no architectural limit with DAG.

30 second of maximum (theoretical) time for confirmation. However some say, that currently it takes longer,
