Contacted him to see how he wanted to scam. He very simply wants you to send $450 to him then he'll give you the amazon account! Very simple lol I asked about escrow and poof he was gone
May be he is selling cracked accounts
In most cases,the accounts will be closed before order is shipped
The OP can easily spend the balance on purse,if the account and balance is legit
