Combining ideas from bittrex and binance? Hmmm.. it's like you are trying to copy their concept why not have your own simple and unique way of trading? You don't have to be better than them, there are too many traders that are keep on looking for the right trading platform where they can interact with the supports if there are problems. You just need to focus with the operation and customer service.
