I am interested in this ICO. Can someone help me answer a few questions?

It says on their website that 1 EDU = $0.10.
It also says 1 ETH = $1,000
Now that the price of 1 ETH is about $1,330, does this affect the price of 1 EDU for the ICO? Please let me know.

Also, how soon after ICO will EDU get on an exchange market? Which exchange market?

I will appreciate anybody who can help with answers to these questions.
