I do not trust in any of those announcements anymore, no offense, but most of those "proofs" of agreements between companies and ICO's are a total lie.

I'd not be surprised to see so many projects are spreading a rumour to give a hype back to their asset again. Because the competition is really strict and you must come with something that looks like there's a potential to bring back the demand again.
