Can anyone explain to me what is going on with stocks.exchange?

In the BTCZ market there are entries like:

Sell   0.00001244   0.00080385   0.00000000   15.01.18 05:19:26

Market Details:
24hr Max buy  0.00001888 BTC  |  24hr Min sell  0.0000009 BTC

This indicates that the BTCZ price has gone as high as 0.00001888 etc.... wtf? This makes not sense since there are lots of trades queued in the market below that price that were not matched. This looks as dodgy as....
